How I got a psychologist 30,000 subscribers in 15 days
Today I want to share one project with my client, a psychologist. For her launch we needed to build a Telegram channel audience from zero. In 15 days I got her more than 30,000 live subscribers. Here is how I did it, step by step.
Content first, channel second
First I wrote 20 Reels scripts for the profile. Before the Telegram channel even existed, we shot all 20. So on the day the channel opened, there was already content to show people.
For writing Reels scripts, see Reels scripts: 5 ready-made templates.
Then the account and paid ads
Once the Reels were shot, I opened the account and launched paid ads.
We kept shooting while the ads ran
While the ads were running, my client and I shot more. We kept adding content so the flow of subscribers wouldn't stop.
In the end I had about 30 pieces of content covering different pains and problems.
The numbers
| Metric | Result |
|---|---|
| Cost per click | 1–4 cents on average |
| Cost per subscriber | 18 cents |
| Best day | 11,000+ new subscribers |
| Total in 15 days | 30,000+ live subscribers |
| Impressions | 3M+ |
A mass audience came to the profile: on the strongest day alone, more than 11,000 people subscribed.
To calculate and lower your cost per lead or subscriber, see our CPL guide.
What I relied on
- Content was ready before the ads: I started with 20 Reels.
- Content was about the audience's pains: around 30 videos on different pains and problems.
- New content kept coming while the ads ran, so the flow of subscribers wouldn't stop.

Conclusion
30,000+ live subscribers and 3M+ impressions in 15 days came from content prepared in advance, paid ads and shooting that didn't stop while the ads ran. If you're struggling with traffic or have a question about it, feel free to reach out to me.
